Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Delivery and Immediate Fulfillment

The product offered by PlacementPaths consists of intangible digital content, downloadable compendiums, PDF study blueprints, and companion intellectual property.

Upon successful financial authorization and transaction settlement via our certified payment gateway partner (Cashfree Payments), our backend infrastructure instantly initiates automated fulfillment routines, including immediate browser-based download capabilities and instantaneous cryptographic email file dispatch. Because digital products are fully consumed upon transmission and cannot be physically returned, restored, or retracted, you explicitly waive any statutory "cooling-off" period or cancellation right upon submitting your payment.

2. Inadmissible Grounds for Refund Claims

Refund requests, chargebacks, or reimbursement demands predicated upon any of the following grounds shall be summarily rejected and declared legally void:

Change of Mind: Claims asserting personal reconsideration, buyer's remorse, inadvertent purchasing, or lack of personal time to complete the course.
Employment Outcomes: Claims alleging failure to pass job interviews, absence of recruiter responses, inability to clear coding rounds, or dissatisfaction with private career prospects.
Curriculum Difficulty & Familiarity: Claims stating that the technical concepts are too advanced, too fundamental, or already partially known to the purchaser.
External Device / Software Incompatibility: Inability of the user to open standard PDF documents on unsupported legacy hardware, corrupted local third-party PDF readers, or third-party email spam filter settings.
Failure to Download: Purchaser's failure to retrieve or open the email dispatch or click the instant download link provided on the post-checkout confirmation screen. (Our technical desk will gladly re-send the files upon verification of purchase).

3. Duplicate Transaction Protection Protocol

In the rare technical anomaly where an identical user account or billing identifier is verified to have been charged multiple times concurrently for the exact same order due to network timeouts or duplicate gateway submissions, the Company will investigate the transaction logs.

Upon conclusive forensic verification that a duplicate charge occurred for an identical transaction session, the surplus duplicate transaction will be reversed back to the original source payment method within 7–10 standard banking business days, minus nominal third-party payment gateway processing surcharges where applicable.

4. Fraudulent Chargeback and Payment Dispute Prevention

The Company logs comprehensive electronic audit telemetry for every transaction, including customer IP address, timestamp, payment gateway authorization codes, email transmission server delivery receipts, and cryptographic download verification timestamps.

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or disputing a verified transaction with your financial institution or card issuer under false pretenses ("friendly fraud") constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback initiation:

All digital licenses and product access will be immediately and permanently revoked.
Your payment profile, email, IP range, and phone number will be reported to financial fraud databases and blacklisted across merchant partner networks.
The Company reserves the right to pursue full civil recovery of disputed funds along with statutory legal expenses, administrative collection surcharges, and damage recovery through competent judicial arbitration in New Delhi, India.
