These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Purchaser", "Student", "Licensee") and PlacementPaths ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing our website, purchasing the "How To Get A Placement" course, downloading materials, or utilizing any accompanying digital assets, you expressly covenant and agree to be bound by every provision contained herein.

If you do not agree unconditionally to all stipulations, representations, and warranties outlined in this document, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform or purchasing any digital products.

1. Nature of Product & License Grant

The product offered ("How To Get A Placement") consists strictly of an electronic, downloadable digital educational compilation comprising study modules, curated question sheets, portfolio guides, and summary reference notes.

Upon successful payment of the non-refundable fee (₹99), the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user personal license to access and read the materials for personal self-improvement. You are strictly forbidden from distributing, sublicensing, reselling, sharing, broadcasting, uploading to public torrents/drives, or copying the material in whole or part.

2. Express Non-Guarantee and Disclaimer of Career Outcomes

NO EMPLOYMENT WARRANTY: You expressly acknowledge and agree that purchasing or studying the course material DOES NOT guarantee that you will pass any recruitment interview, receive job offers, obtain placement in any software organization, or secure any specific salary package.

Individual results in software engineering recruitment examinations depend entirely upon variables outside the Company's control, including but not limited to: your prior technical aptitude, daily study dedication, problem-solving execution, communication ability, market hiring cycles, university background, and third-party recruiter discretion. The Company disclaims all responsibility and liability for any candidate's failure to secure employment.

3. Absolute Limitation of Financial and Legal Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLACEMENTPATHS, ITS CREATORS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED WAGES, OR COMPUTER FAILURE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE COURSE CONTENT.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR ANY CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LAWSUITS, OR DISPUTES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE), SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT (I.E., MAXIMUM OF ₹99 INR).

4. Complete Waiver and Release of Claims

By purchasing the course, you irrevocably waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to institute or join any lawsuit, claim, consumer complaint, class action, or legal proceeding against PlacementPaths or its creators relating to:

Hiring decisions, interview rejections, or recruitment criteria of any third-party employer.
Allegations of curriculum difficulty, timeline expectations, or preparation stress.
Any technical variations in third-party coding platforms (LeetCode, GitHub, HackerRank) or compiler revisions.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Enforcement

All textual compilations, diagrams, coding architectures, and styling formatting contained within the course are protected under national and international copyright and intellectual property statutes. Each purchased PDF document is digitally watermarked and encrypted with unique transaction identifiers.

Any detected unauthorized re-distribution, group pooling, WhatsApp/Telegram file sharing, or unauthorized resale will result in immediate termination of access without notice and will be subject to statutory legal claims for copyright infringement and statutory damages under applicable copyright acts.

6. Third-Party Trademarks & Content Attribution

References to third-party entities, company names, tools, languages (e.g., Java, React, LeetCode, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Cashfree) are utilized purely for nominative educational identification and illustrative descriptive context. PlacementPaths is an independent entity and is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or partnered with these corporations.

7. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through informal mutual consultation.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to and final resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall exclusively be New Delhi, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The courts situated in New Delhi, India shall possess exclusive territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction.

8. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is adjudicated to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire understanding between the user and PlacementPaths.
